The current shop is Martinez Auto Repair Inc. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST SHOP EVER! These people are simply the worst people imaginable. Not only are they slow and terrible at their jobs but they are liars as well. They took forever to even look at my car for a simple fix. They only looked at it after I called them, twice. On top of that when I picked up my car there was damage to my rear bumper. It looked like they hit a fence. My car is silver so it was so obviously damaged, the hit marks lined up perfectly 1 inch apart. Kinda like a fence. When I called them out on it they denied it of course. There is a fence surrounding the shop, they must have hit when backing up off the lift. I told them I all wanted was the truth not a discount or anything just admit it. They stuck to there story. My car isn't pristine or new but c'mon. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST SHOP EVER.

My car broke down in the express way so I called Herman’s Auto Experts. They came and towed my car for FREE. They were able to find the problem and were able to fix it by the next day. This was a great service and very affordable. I had my little one with me, so I'm very thankful that they were able to help me out!

Brought my truck for checkup due that reverse wasn't working and they told me that the transmission had to be rebuilt. I went for it, but the rebuilt was just no more than headaches. Never worked fine, and had to return at least 5 times for it to be re-fixed. Nothing worked..... The last diagnostic they gave me was that the issue was not the transmission but the breaks. Yeah fix the tires and the engine will work better....

I fixed the breaks just because I wanted to get that trans fixed, but still nothing worked. I am in the process of looking for legal advice and trying to get my money back.
