Fantastic

This building is in a great location, it's steps from the loop but also very close to three grocery stores, AMC, and shopping. The doorman staff is always very friendly, and they tend to do fun things once a month for all the residents.

The only downside is that it sometimes smells inside the apartment b/c we're so close to the trash chute, no washer and dryer in our apartments, and the electric bill is fairly high because of the floor to cieling windows.

Overall I would say I have lived in several high rise apartments and this has been the best! The front office is always quick to resolve problems and help.
