I received a new silver coin as a gift from Kedzie Koins. It came scratched up! I called, described the problem, and asked them if it was okay. They acted as though they didn't have time for me and said they would replace it. I had to send it back with my own money, and they sent a replacement that was worse!! I called, they said, "Sorry, send it back." I did it again thinking that surely they would have one better this time. The third one was worse than the other two combined!! In the beginning, I described the piece to them, If they had nothing better they could have easily taken the 2-3 minutes to check and then told me so. That would have saved me a significant amount (weeks) of headache, money, and time. I will never have dealings with this company again, and I encourage others to consider their options.

When my father passed away he had a collection of coins not know where to go. I pulled out the yellow pages and found 4 coins store not to far from my mom's home. We stop at Kedzie Coins 1st and was treated like family they took so much time explaining everything to my elder mother and really made us feel welcome. We left and moved on to the other 3 coins shops and ended back at Kedzie Koins later that day. I just want to tell anyone who has a second thought about going anywhere else don't Kedzie coins gave us the best price and made us feel welcome. Thank you
