I just recently purchased a Lrg tip and a small catfish.The ribs we're not tender at all,it was like chewing on rubber and the catfish was fried too hard.The sauce is good but the food is not at a 10. Tried to call to speak to a manager about this terrible food and they have the phone off the hook.I wouldn't recommend any of my people to purchase food from this I-57 it's terrible.

I called to place an order by phone after the the phone rang 10 times a "women" picked up I said I would like to place an order I would like 7 wings salt pepper & mild sauce the "women" said "we aint got no salt & pepper!!" I said oook...she name! I told her my name she said "25 minutes i ight" and hung up the phone! I was in Awe. Thats not how you run a bussines I dont think anybody that works there is civilized so why complain. Everytime I go its unpleasent they act as if Every customer is bothering them. One time the cashier said where all yall come talking about all the customers in line. The sauce is really good the ribs are not tender at all. Everybody there has Very bad attitudes like if you dont want to work there Quit! I want to complian but Im sure it will go no where so whats the piont. Bad service is all I have to say. BAAAAD.
