I will warn anyone that even considers moving into this place....DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!! They are a complete disaster and I'm actually going through the legal process to break this lease. I have lived there for only 6 DAYS!!! My neighbors on both sides of me have vacated the property within 3 days and both have law suits out on this company (allegedly). Let me run down the list of problems that began on day 1 of my lease signing....

1. Washing maching broken and DIRTY (replaced twice, still broken and leaks)(pics)

2. Windows are dangerous and half work (daughters finger was smashed and had to visit the ER due to her injuries)(pics)

3. 1st floor bathroom sink leaks.

4. Toilet on second floor leaks and was not functioning (repaired twice in two days)

5. Sliding back door is extremely old and difficult to open and close (maintenace sprayed WD-40 and said call back every few months).

6. Front door did not have the proper lock on it (unuseable, key did not work).

7. MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT HAS YET TO BE INSTALLED!!!!!!!!!!!! The response I was given was, "We are trying to locate a unit for your townhome and we must go through a vendor for that. We are unsure of when the A/C unit will be provided." (By the way my grand-daughter has asthma and the temp in the house reaches 97 degrees on an 85 degree day).

8. My grand-children do not have a screen in their window, so they are unable to get any fresh air.

9. The dishwasher leaks

10. Some of the windows do not lock (safety hazard)

11. A dish rag was found in the garbage disposal (pis)

12. Oven did not work (pics)



These are the things that I have encountered in one week and I have been calling the leasing consulatant everyday requesting that these things be repaired. This was my move-in condition, please understand! They have been ignoring me and they do not care how miserable we are. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Not to mention that my neighbor is alledging that the maintenance stole her bank card and money has been withdrawn from her account (allegedly). This is a warning to everyone....PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE POSITION TO GO THROUGH WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH. This place should be shutdown and considered slum lords!!

I moved in August, 2013. First of all, I had been advised by the leasing agent that I had my own washer and dryer. However, when I moved in they had provided a washer and dryer which I did not need.



As a result, I had to pay movers to install my units and move the other washer and dryer to the storage area. This cost me an additional $ 100.00 on day one of occupancy.



I was asked to complete a walk through of the unit and provide the organization with the results within seven days of move in. I completed the form, and so far nothing has been completed and it is now three months later.



One area of grave concern is that the dishwasher is not secured into the counter. Every time I open the door, the whole unit falls forward to the floor. I called and reported this issue at least three times since the move in. The issue still has not been resolved.



I reported that the outside hose connector does not fit a standard hose. This issue has been reported three times and not yet resolved.



I recently reported that my downstairs toilet is functioning poorly and has been stopped up. I reported this issue on 10/29/13. I have called four times and have been told that the issue will be fixed, but as of 11/2/13, the issue has yet to be resolved.



Unfortunately, I have noticed on the resident portal that all work has been completed. However, this is not true.



Maintenance is poor at best.
