I have been happily associated with German Motors for close to 40 years. I have never been able to find a mechanic who has the willingness to find the simple solution to keep my cars running smoothly and with the ability to keep costs down. Sam has never been one to say "replace it" if it can be repaired for less money. He has serviced 2 Acuras, 1 Mercedes, 2 Infinity and a Land Rover for me, keeping them in top notch condition at an affordable price. Michael Chesler

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place sucks!!! OVERPRICED and when it comes to german cars they are not even close to being “experts”. I went there twice and both times I got into an argument over charges that were not agreed on. The first time I got my car towed there as it wouldn't start. They said they'd charge me $80 for diagnostics, but before I knew it my bill was at $400 and they said I need a DME (ECU) which would cost me $1,500. The dealer price + their installation + some calibration that was not even needed as I found out browsing bmw forums. I ended up buying a used computer for $175 on ebay and the car is running fine, until I took it to them a second time (I know I should have learned my lesson)

The second time they recommended that I replace all ignition coils and the fuel filter due to misfire. Again $80 for diagnostics. I picked up my car, bought new coils and was going to replace them myself. Just as I started working on it, I noticed that four out of six spark plugs were covered with water, the tips of coils were wet as well. Not sure how the water got there, but it took me 30 min and a roll of paper towels to dry it out, I cleaned off the spark plugs and the misfire was gone. $275 for new coils and $80 diagnostics was a waste of money for a car that cost me $2,900 to begin with. And they told me that they pulled all spark plugs out during the diagnostics. How could they not notice the water???

Stay away from that place unless you have EXTRA CASH and feel like making a DONATION.
