I came here for dinner with some friends for the first time and all the good things I've heard about Fogo de Chao were true. I tried so many different types of meat that I can't say which was my favorite. Their garlic mashed potatoes were really really good. The salad bar looked to have a vast assortment of greens, but I'm a simple salad person so it was more than enough for me. The way they serve their meats is unique and the atmosphere was charged with many conversations.

All the good comes with a high price tag, but overall, I'd say it's well worth the occasional visit. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I chose to eat here because we love the options and quality of meat usually served at a churriscaria, however we were disappointed. There were only three choices of beef, and then either lamb, sausage or chicken leg. The beef was VERY VERY salty. The lamb was tender but mediocre and chicken was typical. Nothing special. The side item buffet table had many fresh vegetable options, but did not lend anything particularly favorable to the meal. They were merely a side note.



If you are simply just starving for a carniverous meal, by all means this will fill you to your hearts content, however by comparison to other Brazillian and Argentinian steakhouses the quality of Fogo de Chao pales in comparison.

fantastic meats, such as beef, pork, chicken. There's a salad bar too, but I wouldn't waste my time on that!
