I was very nervous before, but the staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Really placed me at ease with my anxieties

I got my braces installed and I was so nervous , bur Dr. Barnes and his staff were so nice and made my experience very Calming . I will be referring more people to them

Dr. Barnes elaborated what I needed to do as for maintaining the proper hygiene for my braces.

He made me laugh and feel very comfortable. Was also very gentle.

Dr. Barnes made sure that I was making the proper decision to ensure that my process is timely. He gave his expert opinion on the type of brackets that I should use and I trust his judgement. He sings pretty well too. Looking forward to being a part of the Braces by Barnes family for the duration of my process.

Dr. Barnes was timely, considerate, friendly and caring. The environment was calm and professional. There was an explanation about the process prior to starting and before each step. The assistant was very helpful and not only explained at home care but provided demonstration for me.

Provided clear details of my treatment, was very thorough and good bedside manners.Installment was quick and easy!

Overall, my experience was great. Would definitely recommend.
