Customer Service which actually focused on the Customer and the Service! My last Ohare rental experience left a bad chip on my aging shoulders, completely unprofessional, slow and uncaring attention...yes DOLLAR I'm talking about YOU. This trip we went with Enterprise. WOW! We were actually greeted, quite warmly and genuinely, by the shuttle driver, Ushered personally to the counter, and the entire rental process completed in less than 8 minutes! DOLLAR made us wait in line and at the counter for 1 hour and 45 minutes with only two other customers! The rental agent walked us out to the cars, pointed out which vehicles were available in our group, and we were behind the wheel in maybe 2 minutes. Another warm greeting at the gate and we were on our way. The professionalism continued in spades on our return with friendly, welcoming, staff, a super quick drop-off/check-in procedure, and back on the shuttle where again the driver actually acted glad to welcome us aboard! Enterprise, your crew in Chicago on Nov.16th earned you my business for the next trip in hands down!

Excellent service. Was directed to use the kiosk to avoid the long line and it worked great - fast and efficient. Was given the option to choose my vehicle as soon as I stepped outside. Will definitely rent from this location again.

As an Enterprise Plus member, I've used this as my rental car 'go to' for years. However, my most recent experience has left me second guessing them. I was charged for two days when I had the car for less than 24 hours and the IPass they gave me did not work at any IL or IN tollbooths, so, I paid my own. I filed a complaint to get a refund for the extra day and, after several attempted contacts over the past week, they've gone unanswered and unresolved. Customer service keeps assuring me they've been apprised, but, no one contacts me. Can't believe this type of poor customer service is coming from Enterprise.

Great experience at Chicago O'Hare Enterprise. Thank you! Ian was a great help. Providing the EZ Pass for an additional $8.00 a day was a huge help for us. We hit many tolls, and never had to worry about having exact change.

I just rented from this Enterprise office last weekend. While I've rented from Enterprise for years I honestly found this office to be better than most. Ryan, the agent who found my reservation and took me to the car offered several choices. He was also just very positive. Returning the car was equally painless and quick. A shuttle to the airport was immediately available. Enterprise should use this management model for all its branches.

Everything with this rental experience was great except for the shuttle back to the airport after dropping off the car. Our driver was talking to us and my wife started laughing and he apparently did not think it was funny. She apologized for laughing and he said "No you ain't, you sorry little piece of sh*t." That is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Other than that, the experience was fine.

The process for fuel is confusing. Over and Over I explained that I would refuel before returning. The Enterprise representative was not listening. I chose prepay is end issue. The Enterprise representative taking care of me on my return, made an adjustment that I was satisfied with and I'm a HAPPY customer. The Tahoe did have some miles on it, but met my transportation needs.

Great experience from the shuttle driver to check-out and pay. I like the personalized approach that Enterprise takes vs. the grab and go at Hertz. Leave time to find a gas station around Enterprise, there are few.

Ultra-frequent shuttles, well staffed office with super friendly young workers. Lower prices than the other big names and new cars.



AND...I accidentally left my suit jacket in the trunk. They tracked it down and overnight delivered to my home across the country! ! !

My experience with the recent rental was OK, the one issue of the car not to the worth of value spent, it has all paint spread over it. Vehicle steering pulls a side, managed as I used for local ending up with shoulder pain. Not happy with this rental.

Great service. Timely and as advertised. The compact car size I had requested was not available so they upgraded me to a larger one which was great, no additional cost to me. The only issue I had was all the fees - airport, city etc. - that were tacked on.

I've been an Enterprise client for almost 10 years. I've never had a bad experience until now. I'm not the type of person that complains, so this is a first for me. In short, do not use Enterprise if flying into Chicago O'Hare International. It's the busiest airport in the country and you'll be waiting in line no matter what time of day or night you travel. If you're a business traveler like me, every minute counts. Enterprise is not located at the airport at O'Hare. It's located offsite. Right now, there is a ton of construction near the site and detours. The entrance to return the car is essentially hidden. What makes this worse is that the branch does not answer the branch phone. Those calls go to a call center which closes at 5pm. The emergency roadside assistance number also cannot help because it is not attached to the branch. The bottom line is you are on your own and if time is of the essence, you are in a tough spot. In addition to this, when I did finally get to the return, there was no one to check the car in. I had to go find someone, which again cuts into time for a business traveler. The person that did help me eventually was kind enough to take 15% off the bill, but that was offset by the bill being increased by almost double for days that I had to extend the rental and I wasn't aware would be charged at double. When I asked the woman at the counter why, she was very unpleasant. I will remain an Enterprise customer but will not use it at Chicago O'Hare International.
