Very friendly service, quick and knowledgeable. From the moment they picked me up from the airport to when I dropped off the car, everything went great! Car that I rented was great and everything worked (which I find is rare when renting...). I would go back the next time I travel to Chicago!

I have to travel for work now and always fly out of ORD. I'm in Milwaukee, WI so I drive down instead of taking a connecting flight out of MKE. I prefer Enterprise because I can get a quick pick up from my house and the shuttle service at the airport is great!

I've used this Enterprise Facility several times in the last couple of months. I don't think I'll ever change. From the shuttle drivers to the desk clerks I've had nothing but excellent service. My last trip I wanted to get a soda from the machine and only had a $20 dollar bill. When I asked the desk clerk for change they advised they were a cash free facility, but one of the clerks handed me $2.and said have a nice day. You don't get that service ANYWHERE else

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. We had a choice of several cars in our full size option. The shuttle from the airport we didn't have to wait at all, it was right outside baggage claim. When we returned the car at 3 a.m. they had a shuttle there ready and waiting so we didn't have to wait at all, which was nice as we were meeting our graduating sailor at the airport to see her off. My only criticism is the windshield of the car we received was so dirty, but we didn't notice it until it started getting dark and the shine from oncoming headlights illuminated it. It looked like someone had sprayed the windshield and never cleaned it off. It made it quite difficult to drive to our destination. Overall though I would highly recommend this location!

Shuttle frequency was very good as well, didn't have to wait for more than 5 mins on my way in and less than one min on my way out.

Great service from picking up at the terminal to being dropped back there at the end of our trip. Our shuttle driver was pleasant and helpful giving us information during our ride to the Enterprise location. Our agent got us quickly into our reserved car and made sure we had a pass for using the toll roads. Return was faster than I had expected, thankfully! We normally use Enterprise when we travel and this trip reminded us why we should continue to do so.

I've been using Enterprise exclusively for years now. The staff is super friendly and professional. They usually let me pick the car I want. Sometimes upgrading me for free. There was only one time that I had a super long wait (Thanksgiving in Denver and their kiosk was down). The website is easy to use and I've never had any issues with the cars. Everywhere I go (even Ireland) Enterprise is there. I'll continue to use them.

This last weekend, I flew into Chicago and rented a simple car from Enterprise. I have rented from Enterprise several times in the last year in order to visit family. My experience was terrific. My experience checking in and especially checking out was positive and supportive. O'Hare can be overwhelming and Enterprise experience made it a breeze. They have customer service down. I'm sold.

We recently rented a car at O'Hare. The service was excellent and Kyle took care of our needs very well. We returned the car on our return date only to have to rent a car again the same day due to our flight being cancelled. It is my understanding that these vehicles are nonsmoking vehicles. The Nissan wreaked of smoke. Upon returning it on the 31st I mentioned it to the agent. Not much reaction on her part. I suggest a deodorizer be placed in each car. Otherwise, a pleasurable experience!

I recently rented a car at ORD. Spencer at the rental counter was very helpful and went beyond call of duty. Surely, after a long streak of unusually warm weather in Chicago, mother nature decides to make roads as slick as possible for this southern driver. So I asked if I can get a bigger car. Spencer went to the back lot to find a decent car for me. He trenched through the ice and bone-chilling weather. He found one and gave me a reasonable cost for it too. Thank goodness for the bigger car and traction control with all the fish-tailing. I don't think I could've made it without it. Thank you Enterprise for hiring Spencer.

I have used Enterprise for over 30 years and generally they are great. This trip was more challenging and my past Chicago rentals have been not quite up to par. The manager did speak with me on the spot and took care of my issue on the spot. The staff is always top notch and customer focused. The problem is inconsistent quality of the vehicles and the price paid has been higher than the value. A car with nearly 40,000 miles is not a new vehicle and premium prices are not justified. I also don't think the toll pass is a good value if you are using the car more than a couple days. It adds up quickly and if you are not using the toll ways you wind up paying 3, 4, 5 times what the tolls would cost if you just paid them.

I used a one-way rental to Wisconsin. Pickup was easy, however the drop-off in WI wasn't due to different computer systems. The IL office has to close out the invoice. Their IVR is HORRIBLE if you want to talk to someone, so it took 5 days before the manager called me back a second time to get credit card information, which should have been "good" when I left O'Hare.

I had the best experience. I got my car with in 5 minutes of arriving and the check out process was just as quick. The people were friendly and ready to answer questions. I would use enterprise again in a heart beat.

The Enterprise shuttle arrived at Chicago O'hare airport within 5 minutes. After a short ride to the Enterprise lot I was on my way with my rental. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. Great service.

I had a very positive experience at Chicago O'Hare. Although the location is off-site, the shuttle was waiting as soon as I left the terminal. Within minutes, I was at the Enterprise counter. The agent was very courteous and helpful and I was quickly on the road. The car was well maintained, and the toll pass worked at every booth. I returned the car in Kalamazoo, MI, without any problems--and they even gave me a ride back to my parent's apartment.

We've been Enterprise customers for years, but lately we've had several negative experiences. They no longer seem to be maintaining their fleet. On the past two occasions once in Miami and once in Chicago we had warning lights - check engine and extremely low tire pressure. Dealing with these problems took time out of our vacation. While we were in Chicago the shuttle to the airport also broke down on the way back to the terminal. We were stuck in a very busy intersection. They sent another shuttle, but that one left before any of the passengers or our luggage could be transferred. It took a third shuttle to get us to the terminal. The delay was significant! Given these repetitive problems, I'm looking for a more reliable car rental company.

Nothing but positives for me. The staff at check-in were pleasant and helpful. The attendant provided me a heads-up about the tolls (even though I did not purchase the auto-toll piece). Return was easy and fast. Shuttle driver was also cheerful and pleasant. Would definitely be a repeat customer

Nothing wrong with the car itself, but had several troubles with the staff after pick-up, including difficulty reaching a manager, difficulty getting clear answers, and when someone did call me back (many days after I returned the car), they were of no help whatsoever.

I would like to say that my comment is restricted to the Chicago O'Hare office. I actually asked for help at another Enterprise location in Batavia and they were excellent help (Thanks Cooper and Tom!). But for whatever reason, the 2 systems are not hooked up together (yes, both are Enterprise) so they couldn't help me directly.

Arrived Thanksgiving morning. Shuttle driver was having to turn away people without reservations because no cars available. Two men got on anyway, just in case there was an early return. On the way to Enterprise the driver called a different car rental agency and found a car for the two men. I've never seen that before! Sorry I don't remember the driver's name. The rest of the rental experience was as good as could be expected. I always rent from Enterprise at O'Hare and will continue in the future.

Excellent service. Didn't have my rate class at site so they upgraded me for free. Have rented here several times and service has always exceeded my expectations. O'Hare airport should take some lessons from these guys!
