Excellent Customer Service! I did my reservation online but called their office to have it modify. The lady who assisted me over the phone was very accommodating. I arrived earlier than what I reserved but the shuttle was there already. When I arrived at their location, everyone was very professional. Ken was the one who assisted me on my reservation and he was great! I reserved a pick up truck and I asked what are the available vehicles available in their lot and when he told me there's a ford edge abailable I asked if I could drive that one instead. He gave me the ford to drive and by the time I got in the car, everything was ready. He warmed it up because it was snowing that time and the car was fully suited up. Best customer experience so far. I will definitely rent and recommend this location!

We rented a car after our flight was cancelled, necessitating the drive from Chicago to New York. We opted in and paid for the EZ pass only to reach our first toll to realize it was not placed in our car. This made for a much longer drive with extended wait times at numerous tolls on the drive to New York.

I rent from this location every week and have been for over a year already. I am a regular customer that spends a lot of money at this location. Every week there are different people working there. There is NO customer loyalty appreciation at this location. The staff always seems disorientated. Just this past Monday I rented a car and the guy at the counter finished up with me and told me to wait and someone will be right with me. Another gentleman used the kiosk to expedite his check out. We both stood outside in the cold waiting for someone to help us. meanwhile inside, there were 6 of these jokers standing around doing absolutely nothing. Yes that's right 6, 2 at the front door, 1 in front of the counter just pacing around, and 3 behind the counter, everyone was just laughing and joking while there were 2 customers waiting out in the cold. Needless to say, this is not a place that they train on good customer service. It has been on a very rare occasion that I can say I have had "good" customer service. I hope something is done to drastically change this location. And I hope you other customers don't get treated like this. Or maybe we can all go down the street to one of the other 4 rental companies???

Everything was great. Attention fantastic. Service great. Only hiccup was waiting for pick up van for 10 minutes. But I'm patient. I realize they'll be coming around. I did see more of the other vans but driver certainly made us laugh giving us guidelines as to tolls etc.

Loved the service at the counter and once we brought back the car we loved the guys that greeted us back along with the driver!!! Only thing we did not like was the car. It was a ford fiesta with 31000 miles. The transmission kept on skipping and the engine sounded like it wanted to pop out of there.

We will come back to rent from enterprise regardless...hopefully they'll rent us a better car.

These guys were great. An especial shout out to Jose for calming helping me get a great car to rent.
I arrived here frustrated because I had originally booked with Advantage, but Advantage has the dumbest policy that you need proof of insurance to rent a car if you live within 60 miles...have insurance would imply I own a car and if I own a car, I wouldn't be renting when I live close by.

Anyways, this Enterprise was able to get me a car really quickly without any delays. Thank you and thank you Jose!!

Last minute rental and staff was extremely friendly & expeditious. Convenience was great, wish the additional taxes weren't so outrageous but that's standard across all companies. Easy return and prior to 5 am, there was already someone able to check-in and a van ready to drive back to the terminal. The follow up call (upon landing at my destination) to solicit real-time feedback and ensure I had no immediate complaints, was a classy step.

I was waiting with my family outside terminal 5 of Chicago airport in winter, for more than 30 mins during which time I saw multiple buses of Hertz, Alamo, Budget, etc pass by. On call, the customer service rep said any rental bus can pick us, but all drivers I spoke to said they do not pick for enterprise. Finally, enterprise van arrived.
Driver was very helpful in picking our baggage and also dropping bags at enterprise location. That is the only reason I am giving extra star.
Service at Hilliard, OH where I dropped the minivan was excellent; but this review was for Chicago airport service hence star rating drops to 2.

Lost my reservation from another car rental place due to arriving past a 2-hour window and supposedly NO cars left to rent. Rode the shuttle back to O'Hare airport and took the Enterprise to their shop. Made a reservation on my phone on the shuttle ride. Walked right up to the counter, was greeted friendly by at least two staff members and was in my car in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

Customer Service is outstanding. Staff is awesome.
Was disappointed when booking in Sept 2016, for a Prem. SUV, that one cannot be provided for upon arrival. 6 people in a family, 6 large suitcases, and they give us a "short" Denali. We can't fit. Never did receive a Suburban. It was explained to me that people want that kind of heavy car in the snow etc, Yes, you're right, so have extra on hand...and take a look ahead of time for the families that book 3+ mos in advance, and service them.

This particular rental experience was very good. Taylor at the O'hare location took his time and looked for a small SUV although it was freezing cold and the snow was falling. I ended up just settling for a sedan. The fact he cared made the experience awesome. But the district or regional manager for the airport is a bully and horrible to deal with. He makes me not want to rent. I pray since earlier this year if I have any issue it's minor and can be solved at the branch level. This man denies, doesn't except responsibility, and at the end told me basically we value you as a customer but if you decided not to rent with us again I'll understand. He's a real piece of work. I'm glad his staff is generally awesome, it makes up for him being horrific to deal with.
