My husband and I rented a minivan from this location and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. The customer service I received here was the best I've ever experienced from any business I've interacted with, vehicle rental or otherwise. The staff was extremely helpful, cordial, and prompt with handling our reservation. The vehicle was clean and ran well, and we even received a few discounts on our rental!

I've been hesitant to rent from Enterprise due to a very bad experience with a rental I'd had a few years ago, but this experience completely wiped the negative one away. If ever I need to rent a car in Chicago again, I will only rent from this Enterprise. Absolutely fantastic service!
