The folks at Chicago Telephony went above and beyond in helping me understand all my options for a medium-sized business, 6 locations, a mobile field sales team that hops around the country, and needing 100% secure and high-quality data and voice connections. I highly recommmend them. In the end, we went with a hybrid package that includes hostwd VoIP, PBX switching and a tollfree number to strengthen our branding and make inbound calls a cinch. I would recommend them to any business looking to aggressively grow, that needs the straight scoop on what is worth investing in, and what is not. The ROI of using these guys as my telecom consultants, was huge. They saved me boatloads, and more than that, did their packaging quickly so I could get back to work. Five stars, for sure.
