would give a Five star to Dr.Hanson his medical staff ,atmosphere a solid 5 star rating My problem is related to the fact I was billed and charged 2 full payments after my insurance was paid in full. As a result of the second payment it caused my account to go into the negative which the payment was paid ,but a surcharge of $35 which she refused to credit for their error. As I explained to her the services thus far was great ,however 2 months of incorrect billing and refusal to pay for my overdraft fee incurred unacceptable. This is where the professional services and clerical services disconnected with overall service.I still think Dr.Hanson and staff are great people,but the office staff accountability with customers is lacking.I made her aware Sylvia aware of my discontent today,all she could say was some sorry excuse for not returning my $30 for error made on her part.Overall I wish I could just rate the Dentist and staff ,deserving of 5 stars.He was just great with my son who had Respiratory problems with sedation going just fine .Dr.Hanson was reassuring,caring and concern. Just an FYI staff on top of your billing and accounting services in the office. Office staff 1/2 star rating..
