One of the World Marathon Majors, the Chicago Marathon sees 450,000 runners (and only ones who can finish within six and a half hours) compete along a loop course beginning and ending at Grant Park while taking in some of the city’s best known landmarks such as all three of Chicago’s main stadiums (Wrigley Fried, The United Centre, and US Cellular Field) as well as a scenic stretch of downtown.
