I found their service very rude and unprofessional when I went to do my nails. It was my first (and last) time going and the person who had started doing my nails asked me what I wanted, then I told him and immediately changed my mind, I did it before he even touched my hands, and he gave me an attitude! Then, in front of me, he started complaining to another worker (who was also rude to me!) about how he hates it when people change their mind. She was agreeing and they were complaining about their customers in front of me. I found this very unprofessional, there was customers there for crying out loud! As they were finishing with my nails the worker (that was also complaining earlier) asked me if I wanted to do my eyebrows and I said no thank you. She rolled her eyes and then told me that it was a shame because my eyebrows were disgusting. I think there was no need for her rude comment. When my nails were drying, I was talking with another customer, and she was telling me that it was also her first time there and that she didn't like it at all and that she wasn't going back. She was also insulted and talked about in front of. The prices were also very unreasonable. I ended up paying 10 dollars than I would at other places. Never going there again, I had gone there before, because the place that I usually go to was closed.
