From the first time I spoke with Vanessa to the last time I called them, I received great service. This is in addition to great work at a great price. I would recommend Aaron Auto Glass without hesitation. Thank you!

BEWARE of Aaron Glass! They do not honor their warranty for glass they installed incorrectly. They installed a windshield on my wifes car just over 5 years ago. A stress crack had started from under the molding moving across the windshield. I called Aaron and inquired about whether or not this would be covered under warranty. They assured me it was and made an appointment to come and install a new windshield. On the morning (a Saturday) of when they were supposed to come, they called and had to reschedule (no reason given) to come out on Monday morning. This was very inconvenient to us as we had to reschedule our whole work days to accommodate them. When the installer arrived, he didn't knock on the door upon arrival, he simply called me on his cell phone and said ""are you coming out here or what""? So I did and he proceeded to tell me that the windshield only had a 5 year warranty, not lifetime. After I questioned that, he said maybe a small rock hit it there. I showed him that there was no point of impact and nothing had hit the windshield, it started under the molding. Going to plan C, the installer then pointed to a minute and unrelated chip in another part of the windshield and said the windshield isn't covered because of that. The stress crack and chip are two separate and unrelated issues with the chip being so small you would have to seek it out to find it. Nonetheless, Aaron Glass saw fit to not honor their lifetime warranty covering stress cracks because of this. I called Aaron while the installer was there and got nothing but the run around. VERY SHADY BUSINESS AND BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Unfortunately, I had to find Aaron Auto Glass after having a bad experience at one of their competitors. The customer service was great, they had the work done in a fair amount of time, and I paid what was quoted (no trickery or hidden fees). I had such a good conversation with the other customers I didn't get a chance to really notice too much about the customer waiting area. About all I can say is that they had a good selection of car magazines and it was clean. The only gripe that I can mention is that the vent for the heat is a bit loud, but hey, it was warm & comfortable.

I recently went to Aaron Auto Glass to have the side quarter panel windshield on my 2003 Lexus GX470 replaced. Of all the quotes I received, they were the cheapest, but more importantly they were the only ones to have it in stock. The price they quoted me was the price I paid. It took a little more than an hour and I was on my way.

Ordered a new front windshield for a 2004 Volkswagen Toureg in 2007 . The truck hasnt been moved til now ... I noticed the mirror had fallen down from the windshield a while ago .. didnt pay attention or check why until now .. Now I know why the windshield was so cheap !!! I ordered new and AAron put in a used broken one with a crack behind the mirror that you couldnt notice unless the mirror was removed . They charged me less than wholesale cost on the glass becuz they prob got it for free . I called and explained myself to the so called manager who wouldnt help me at all he didnt want to hear it bcuz he knew what they did ... Bad place to do business with what u save now it will cost u at least double to have done the right way LATER!!!!!
I'll get to the point, some @$$ broke my window, i called Aaron Glass first thing in the morning @7:00am (they were already open), i gave them my information, they told me it would $65 for a used window(which i didn't mind, it had some scratched but no big deal), i was there by 7:30 and i was out by 8:00. They even vaccummed out all the broken glass. They made a horrible thing, not that bad. Great job guys

I use to had good experience with them and they offered me the best price. Turns out the bottom line cost is not the lowest. First they promise me a 40min replacement but it actually was over 2h. Then as I start driving one of the windshield wipers fall a part. When I puled over and toke a look of it I realized that it's not the original. My $25 triple edge BOSH wiper was replaced with much shorter totally destroyed one. The hole arm actually looks like from different car. When I call to the store to resolve the issue the manager Josh pretended that this is not true and simply hang up on me. So I ended in position buying new on my own. The rubber band around the glass wasn't fitted well so I'm expecting leakage. Also the carpet in the car was with dirty foot prints so I had to spend another $60 to wash it. So the total cost almost doubled and extra half day. My opinion - do yourself favour and stay away!

I went to Aaron glass to fix three windows when my car was broken into. The total to fix it was $375.50. I had to pay a $250 deductible through my insurance, and they were going to cover the rest. My windows were fixed, and I signed a receipt for $250. The next morning I received a call that they had ""accidentally"" charged my account for the full $375.50, and they were going to credit my account the difference. When I went online to review my account information, I saw that they had debited my account for the original $250 and had done nothing with the original $375.50 they had charged me. This brought the total to $625.50. I called them and asked to speak with the owner, and they informed me that they were not at liberty to release that information. I told them that the unauthorized use of my checking account was illegal, and they replied that if I wanted to take them to court, so be it. I am currently still in the process of trying to get my money back, and I have informed my insurance company to stop payment to Aaron Glass until I receive my money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL ABUSE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!!!

We went to Aaron Auto Glass on Armitage when our windshield was broken (our car was broken into). We called them twice to get a quote - and both times, they told us a certain price that was very reasonable. And out of the 4 other places we called, this was the farthest from our home, but about $150-200 cheaper.
However, when we got there, they upped the price. They claimed we called their other location, not them. This was a lie, but since we read a good review, we thought: just pay what they want, we just need our windshield fixed.
So, long story short, about 2 weeks later, we tried to open the new window, and for some reason it came ""off the track"" and broke. So we had to go all the way back and have them fix it again.
I would definitely not recommend this place based on quality. They might be cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had brought my vehicle in once before for a broken passenger window, and my experience was fine. Relatively quick service at a good price. However this time I decided to pay out the extra $15 on top of the $75 replacement cost to have them come to me.
I had to give them a 2 hour window (7:30-9:30 am). They showed up around 8am. The technician disassembled the car door to replace the window, and for the most part it went alright. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but couldn't stop swearing all sorts of profanities under his breath.
When it came time to re-assemble the door, the cover plate for the door handle wouldn't go back on properly. It was the technician himself who kept complaining about it, saying that it just won't fit in right. The pull-handle for the door also remained loose from the door itself. There was also a spacer of some sort left over from when he disassembled the door that he claimed wasn't from this door and that there was nowhere for it to fit in. 90 minutes later and removing and putting the door cover back on about 3 times, he told me that I should bring it into the shop to have someone else take a look at it.
I followed him to the shop (about 10 minutes). Whereupon 3 other techs looked at it, shrugged, and basically said "looks good enough."
After another 30 minutes of tinkering I spoke with the manager. He basically acknowledged that the door didn't seem to be in right, but that they put it back in with everything they took out.
Uncharacteristically, I was keeping cool this whole time. He asked me to go back to wait in the office (we were in the garage looking at the car). I went back inside and sat for another 25 minutes with no-one saying anything. I went back to the front desk and made eye-contact with the manager who told me that they are trying one more time to remount the door.
About 10 minutes later another technician signaled me to come outside. I tried the door handle at it seemed fairly solid. I asked what they had done and they told me they fit the extra spacer back in. When I got back home I decided to remove the coverplate to see what they had done. Upon prying off the screw cover I saw that they had snapped the screw cover and they had filled it with some black gunk to keep it from falling off. They also jury-rigged the other spacer inside, basically forcing the door away from the base to keep it from moving. Because of the way they rigged it, the coverplate screw wouldn't even fit on properly, which was another reason they filled it with this black sticky gunk to try to keep the screw in place.
I'm not sure what I am going to do at this point, since on the surface it appears decent, but they obviously screwed around inside. I don't know if I can be bothered to pursue it anymore, but I certainly won't be back nor do I recommend you do.
Check the yellow pages, there are at least two other place within 10 minutes of here that will do the job at the same price...next time I'm giving them a try.
