Please people, especially women avoid this place at all cost, I spent almost $500 on repairs on my vehicle that were not needed, once the real problem was found and fixed a bad fuel tank, I paid to replace it, another $300, two days later my car started to stall when I pressed on the gas, I took the car back immediately because I have two children and I needed my transportation for the sake of my kids, I took the car back to find out why it was now stalling, I was then told it was the egr valve that was clogged with soot, I payed another $160 for that to be opened up and cleaned out, Juan took my car for a test drive and returned saying the problem was fixed, I leave and notice within 2 minutes the problem was not fixed, I take the car back to him immediately tell him the car still has the same problem, he says "let me check it out" this time is is gone a long time, came back 20-25 minutes later, and my motor was knocking, he then says I need an oil change, this shop has been the only shop working on my car for the last six months, and I barely have driven the car do to being on bed rest and in and out the hospital, he said he would give me a free oil change, and to drive the car with the motor knocking and the problem should stop, 20 minutes later Im stranded on the road, and my oil light is on, and motor is knocking, and engine is shutting off, Juan messed up a perfectly good car before they started working on my vehicle. And Juan had the nerve to hang up on me repeatedly when I called and told him I was stranded and the issue I was having, and kept asking me what I want him to do, he had no sympathy and compassion for my children, my car was towed back to them, and I contacted the BBB, Juan wrote them a letter saying that he would give me a substantial discount because I had been such a good customer. I feel I shouldnt have to pay anything because it was his fault, he wanted to charge me $1350 for another motor, my car has been sitting on there lot for the last three weeks, a gold chevy lumina. This business is owned by a bunch of illegal immigrants, I did research and wanted to speak with the owner, I have been repeatedly told that Juan is the owner by other workers, but the business is in another persons name. Crooks all the way around, please people get your cars fixed elsewhere, learn from my mistakes.
