Dear Dr. Mead and Team, Thank you for your care, kindness and professionalism during my visits to your office earlier last month. You made me very comfortable during the procedures with no pain and informed me of every step as you worked. You were patient if I needed a break and asked if I had any questions about any of the procedures as you worked. I was in the military many years and had been on many different squads and teams where it was highly essential to work as a well oiled machine. You and your staff worked together as a well oiled machine, a team. Even calling me the day after to see how I was doing. The ladies at the front desk always have a friendly smile and the paperwork ready as soon as you walk in the door, and after you are finished with your treatment. The ladies in the procedure area were friendly and smiling as well as professional and lively. As a Disabled Veteran I appreciate your stellar performance, professionalism and teamwork and would recommend you to anyone who asks. I am positive, from my experiences in your office that your service to the community is essential to the Citizens and Veterans from Cheyenne and abroad. Dr. Mead and his staff were very nice and professional. Dr. Mead explained what he was doing and was very aware and considerate of any pain or discomfort I experienced. I also experienced some unusual anxiety and he was very patient.

I had a wonderful experience. I went to my regular dentist two weeks prior with pain. He sent me to the other Endodontist in town and I was told they would call me with an appointment. I waited a week called them back and was told that it would be 4 weeks for there soonest appointment. A week later I had a swollen jaw pain and fever. Call back left message nothing so I called my dentist ask if there was anyone else I could go to? Within minutes I had a appointment with Dr. Mead by the next day I was all taken care of. He was so good he explained everything step by step. I have had several root canals and this was the best experience ever. I always tell everyone that the worst part is the pain before you go in. The rest is just healing. Thank you so much!

I was in to see Dr. Mead today and had a fantastic experience. He not only told me what he was doing, but he explained why. If you read some of his other reviews you'll see this is not just an occasional thing for him - it's how he does business. He is very considerate and understands people are uncomfortable in a dentist chair so he does everything he can to make you comfortable - and so does his staff!! If you ever have a choice between a root canal and losing a tooth - go with the root canal. I've had teeth pulled and that was more painful. Sherry

I was setting in another dentists chair & was supposed to have 3 teeth pulled when I decided I didn't want to lose1cause it was a front tooth well I get home when my phone rang & Meads office called to see if I could come in right now to get a root canal & I said yes after dealing for 3 months with an abscessed tooth & multiple prescriptions & my other dentists wanted me to go to Fort Collins when I could've just gone to Meads in town. When i got in there instantly I was seen &everybody there was so polite. During the root canal Mead told me everything he was about to do it didn't hurt &they got it done for me. I will never go to another Endodontic again They really make you feel like family it was so clean & they knew what they were doing Trust me I know I worked in the dental field. I will never go to Fort Collins again.I couldn't believe they got me in the same day they were called & they didn't freak out about me having seizures my sis was also with me & will go there to.Thanks Amy

My 12 year old just had a root canal at Dr.Mead's. My son did great and was treated wonderfully. They told him everything that was going to happen before they started. I was referred to Dr Mead by my dentist. I went to my dentist this morning and got my appointment with Dr Mead this afternoon. They were running a little behind but once I was seated in the chair, they explained everything. I was there for a root canal. I had never had any major dental work done before, not even a filling. Dr Mead and his assistant were very considerate and asked often if I was doing OK. As he was proceeding with the procedure, he was telling me everything he was doing and what to expect with every step.

I always equated having a root canal to being run over by a truck. Not much fun. A root canal is still not much fun, but Dr. Mead and his staff made me feel as comfortable as possible, explained every procedure as we went along, and tried their best to put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for better care, all done in such a professional manner. I would recommend you and your office to anyone having a "tooth" problem and wishing to have the best care available. Thank you to Dr. Mead and everyone on his staff.

I could not be a more nervous patient for any doctor appt. I do not like pain! Dr Meads office was able to schedule a same day for an infection I had. I drove to the appt in tears. After sitting in the chair working myself up mentally to be more of a nervous wreck, he and his assistant came in and listened to all my crazy thoughts and worries. They both took my mind off of what was going on. I was anticipating pain after the numbing wore off but I had none. I liked that the office called the following day to check up on me. I can honestly say, "I never want another root canal!" but I would highly recommend him to someone else.

Highly recommend, Dr. Mead and his staff are focused on patient care and comfort.

Excellent experience. Dr. Mead talks you all the way through the whole process. If you need a root canal this is the place to go.

We were referred to Dr. Mead by our normal dentist, My daughter, 8, needed a root canal. Dr. Mead's staff is beyond wonderful! They did an excellent job explaining everything to my daughter and making her as comfortable as possible. After reviewing my daughters x-rays they determined that a different procedure would be more effective and was less costly. Dr. Mead was very nice and did an excellent job. From a cost perspective they were very reasonable,

It seems odd to say I enjoyed a root canal, but Dr Mead was wonderful! I've never had any major dental work done unless you count having my wisdom teeth removed, so I was a little apprehensive of what was going to happen. The entire time, Dr Mead kept a rolling dialog of what he was doing, what to expect before he did it, and why it was necessary. Super bedside manner and very calming personality, and very accommodating staff. I left happy, well informed, and lacking any pain. Should I need anymore treatment, this Doctor is my man!

I was scared, at first, to come. But after he was finished, I found that root canals are not so scary. Whatever he was doing, he was very gentle and careful. Before I had the root canal, the hygienest showed me all that he was going to do and what tools he would use. Dr. Mead told me that if I needed to tell him anything, all I had to do was raise my hand and he would quit whatever he was doing and listen to me. After a while, I was thinking how nice it is to have such good dentists. I am 10 years old.

Root Canal, hmmmm You might be thinking this is the last dental procedure you would like to encounter. Do not be afraid or apprehensive. R.Cary Mead is very good. I have been through 2 root canals within the last couple months (always floss, I did not) and this office of his is friendly, courteous and above all professional. He will tell you everything he is doing as he is working. I felt so confident I almost fell asleep during the last procedure. Relax as you can trust Cary Mead to provide the ultimate care in your visit.

No one wants to have root canal done. I can not express how impressed I was with the care for my comfort and professional attitude that the entire office exhibited. As an RN, I get to interact with a lot of medical practices, this rates right up ther at the top of the list.

I had a great experience at Dr. Mead's office. I highly recommend going there if you ever need a root canal. I thought that was going to be painful and it wasn't at all. Dr. Mead and his staff are very professional and caring. They treat their patients not just a tooth.

Dr. Mead and his professional, family-like staff are more than a business. For a person like me, who is a very Princess and the Pea type person, he took great care of me. I have never had a cavity but accidents happen and I broke a tooth and needed a root canal. I was very nervous, but my general dentist, Dr. Christina Clark assured me that Dr. Mead and his team were the bestshe was right! If you are nervous about getting this procedure completed, or believe that God is all you need to take care of you, just remember that God will take care of you, but He sometimes uses assistants, and Dr. Mead is one of them. He even allowed me to say a prayer before beginning the procedure, which tells me that he is more than just a dentist, he is a humble, creative, artist. Thank you Dr. Mead and staff!
