poor quality and customer service

I purchased online a necklace from this company. When it arrived there were two knots in the chain of the necklace. There was no way i could get those out. This could not have happened during the shipment due to the size etc of the knots. Someone shipped it like that. I requested a replacement but it took over a week snd no return shipping label. I called them and they never even sent it. At that point i said i would like a refunds. Days later i finally got the return label. They have had the necklace for weeks now and no refund. I have called numerous times and nothing. If i were you i would think long and hard before you purchase from this company....poor quality and rven poorer customer service. I will never buy from this company again.
