For more than 30 years Kelly Press has been a family-owned business, offering various printing services, including proofing and binding, mailing and shipping. It provides remote proofing software to proof copies from the customer s office. The company works with a variety of software packages, such as QuarkXPress, and Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, Illustrator and PhotoShop, Coral Draw and Freehand. Kelly Press checks the customer s files and resolves all font and image issues before pulling files in for output. The company s digital proofing system provides correct color on the same ripped file that is output to plates through its plate setters. Kelly Press has Heidelberg Speedmaster six- and four-color perfectors with in-line aqueous coating units, Heidelberg printmaster and Heidelberg Quickmaster DI and Jet envelope presses. The company also has full-Web capabilities, and an extensive Xerox Docutech publishing department. Kelly Press is located in Cheverly, Md.
