Family owned and operated, always good... Best pizza ever

In 25 yrs we've eaten here, only 1 time was I disappointed with food. Their pizza, lasagna, eggplant parm and salads cannot be beat! True, they don't have ample space (I hear that they will build on the cleared lot beside Guidos) but crowds are indicative of phenomenal served there. I also agree that they need to start taking credit cards but the last review mentioned a cc chg so perhaps they've started. Anyone that isn't thrilled with Guidos is nuts!!

Thus is the place. Great pizza!! The sausage is really good, tons of pepperoni if you like that. Pizza is priced comprable to others! No credit cards is a negative.

Pros: Excellent Pizza, friendly staff, decent portions. Cons: Lasagna is not made with ricotta, use very little sauce on spaghetti. Not enough tables, long wait time. When I was there last they still were accepting cash only. No checks, no cards, seems odd. Limited hours (opens after 4pm)

We ate there on a Thursday evening. They were pretty busy. The place was small and really brightly lit, not exactly a place for an intimate dinner. I had the stuffed eggplant parmagiana. It was crazy good! Their spaghetti sauce was also good. My husband ordered a small pizza. It's crust was really thick, he won't order it again, although there were alot of people coming in to pick up pizza. Portions were large, priced accordingly. We'll be back!
