We used this company for our rental properties, what a MISTAKE, Sure they may be the "lowest price in town" but you get what you pay for. They make excuses for not ordering parts, don't complet the job so that they can make another service call and so on. When I contacted the owner about returning the keys to our rental properties he refuesed stating that we had an outstanding bill....he was unable to provide me an invoice for the "job" that was done back in September and it is now January..... After receiving the invoice it was promptly paid and a note was sent stating that I would be at his office on 2/2/15 to pick up the keys. When I arrived at his office on the date I was told that the key could only be released to the property owner and I was the property manager.....he had no problem taking the keys from me ....Needless to say the police was contacted. This company has no respoect for women. While at jobs obsene comments were made to our tenants that made the females uncomfortable...Use at your own risk!!!!
