I've been going there for six years. They go above and beyond with customer service and I wouldn't store my jetski anywhere else!

Parts department is fantastic! Always go there for parts. Service manager has an attitude problem and is very rude.

Chris, We strive to offer friendly, knowledgeable service to all our customers in every department. It’s disheartening to hear that you did not receive that standard of service from every member of our team. If you’d like to discuss the details of your situation with me directly, call 586-949-4000. Thank you for your feedback. Brian Roland, GM

Horrible Service Department! They have no idea about the product they sell let alone how to service the product they sell. Customer service is Not there number one priority.

When you spend $40,000.00 you would expect great customer service and you would expect the product to be under warranty and that the Service Department would know how to fix any problems, well not here the Service Manager well she a real Jem.

Would and will never use this dealer again and would Not recommend them to anyone.

Took a PW50 in for service, and they said it would be two weeks before they looked at it. A week in they called and said the carb needed to new jets and it would be 3-5 days. After waiting 4 I called and they mentioned that the carb wasn't original but a chinese replacement for which they couldn't get jets. My problem with this is that..........they could have told me this before they started cleaning and ordering parts that don't fit. There recommendation was order a new OEM carb, ant the total price for service would be $400+. I wonder what the cost of repair would have been if they had diagnosed the problem right from the beginning. So i have a $135 bill and I bike that's in no better shape than it was before I dropped it off 2 weeks ago. If they can't diagnose/fix my mini-bike properly, I wouldn't dare give them a chance to fix my bike.

We have purchased many motorcycles and ATV's from Macomb Powersports over the years always receiving great prices and service but when we showed up late one Friday afternoon to buy a scoot, that's when we realized what a great team they had. Brad wrote it up, got my insurance cert. on line which I forgot to bring, Vince prepped and fueled the new machine while Brian finished up the paperwork so we could all get outta there at a reasonable time.... From the receptionist to the sales dept., parts and service, even the owner all add up to one great team!

purchases) I am really impressed with the service I received by the sales staff

positively no pressure by both dave and brian. Told them of competitors price and they

matched it. Will always consider them as my go to dealer.

I just recently bought a 2013 400SM. When i first walked into Macomb Powersports, i knew i wanted a supermoto. I did have a few questions and had already had another bike in mind but wasn't sure what to get yet. Bruce in sales helped me with all my questions and was very knowledgable about the DR-Z, and also the bike i was considering. Thanks to Bruce he got me set straight with my new 400SM and i can say I am very happy with the bike. Brian the finance manager was also a great help to geting me on the bike i wanted, also knew a lot of information about the DR-Z and was able to get me riding in no time. Thank you to both you guys and to all other Macomb Powersports personel. Part department is great and i recently took the bike in for its first maintanace, i was able to pick the bike up the next day. I recently purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 300 from Macomb Powersports and I must say that I've had a much more pleasant experience with the guys at Macomb PS that I have at other dealerships in the area. The first day I was there I spoke with James who gave me all the information about the bike that I needed and cleared up many questions that I had. On the day I went in to get some paperwork filled out for the bike, I dealt with Bruce in sales and the finance manager, Brian. Both were exceptional in handling my questions and getting me riding on my bike in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received at Macomb Powersports.

On July 17th my husband and I went to Macomb PowerSports to trade in our Kawasaki motorcycle for three Honda CRF50F’s. Immediately upon entering Macomb PowerSports we were greeted by a friendly and professional employee named David. David listened to what we interested in doing and took care of us right away. My husband and I were very happy with David’s knowledge and his quickness to process our order. Our family is big on dirt bikes, four wheels and sleds. Thanks to the wonderful customer service we received from David we plan on making many more future purchases with Macomb PowerSports. I would also like to say how pleased we were with the cleanliness of the show room and apparel area as in comparison to other dealers. It is truly nice to see how much pride is taken in this business through the employees and display rooms.

Sincerely,

Mark and Cindy Dagnall

Our son had an off brand moped that was always breaking down and needed repair. So we went to Macomb Powersports and after several visits we decided on a Yamaha( a name you can trust) Zuma 50. The sales associates, Brian & Dave were very helpful. They went over the whole owner's manual with our son and physically showed him how the bike worked. They even took him on a tour of the store. But I think the best park for our son, was getting his picture taken with him on his new bike! Thanks guys, you really made him feel special!

Brad was very informative. He showed me several different machines based on the description of what I was looking for. I had my mind set on one bike, but Brad showed me a comparable one, at a lower price, with more extras. Needless to say, I drove off on a Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Nomad. Its a pleasure to ride and so far I am 100% satisfied with the bike. Brad and the staff were professional, quick and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new motorcycle.

I just purchased a 2012 FZ6R and the folks at Macomb were very helpful. James my sales person was very attentive to my needs as a new street bike owner. He was very helpful in choosing the best model for me. Of course being new to sport bikes I needed everything. Dan and Dave over in parts and accessories were very helpful at choosing the right "Must Have" items. John over in service did a great job of quickly getting installed all my "Must Have" options. On the business side Brian and Vince were very accommodating to my busy schedule for filling out all the paperwork and finishing the transaction. I must say thus far I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience working with everyone at Macomb. I would give them a very high recommendation to anyone who asks. Thanks Everyone Who Helped - Ed

the best experience by far!!! after contacting other motorcycle dealerships in the area, i was given a cold shoulder because i was inquiring about a future purchase. not Dave in sales at Macomb - he patiently answered all of my questions, and handled my purchase through MP very professionally. he's very down-to-earth, and not pushy - the type of salesman i enjoyed dealing with. he showed me around the dealership and introduced me to each person in each different department, called to see how i was getting along with my purchase (perfectly! dave suggested what bike it sounded like i would do best with, and he nailed it!) and made sure i knew if i was ever unhappy or had any questions, to not hesitate to call him. mark was also incredible in financing my purchase. both of them worked very hard to make sure i was happy.

i'm so happy to deal with them (for all my future purchases/maintenance/etc.) that i'll happily drive from berkley to their dealership in chesterfield! thanks dave and brian!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER (The Sequel)

To make a long story short you take their bait, they hook you, they string you out in the line, let you flop around for 3 days, then cut the line & throw you back in the water.

When seeking an apology all I received was a stock, most likely scripted answer to a wronged potential customer. I'm sorry you feel that way, but we did nothing wrong.

Sure you did...I meet tons of motorcyclists at my place of employment all the time, and I'll make sure they don't see you guys for their needs. They'll take my word for it because I have something that Macomb Powersports seriously lacks.

Honesty.

Macomb powersports! Worst experience ever

Bought a pre owned raptor 660 that was supposedly inspected and certified by Yamaha which was total b.s.! I finally get my 4000 dollar atv out on the trail and the transmission was smoked with no 5th gear what so ever. The reverse was broke and the carb was never tuned. I broke down out on the trail in the middle of the woods! On closer inspection of the motor on the bottom of the crankcase someone tried to jb weld it. I've been screwed over before so luckily I got a Yamaha warrenty. Or so I thought when I contacted Yamaha they had no records of service on the atv or any knowledge of macomb power sports or the supposed warrenty on the atv. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! You will regret it! Words cannot describe my anger
