Provided by SuperpagesWe go to this O'Charley's usually twice a month. The food and service is typically really worth the wait. Today the steak was dry and over-done. Though the assistant manager offered to replace it, we had already been waiting for 35 minutes when it arrived and I turned down the offer. I will go back based on previous experience.
