We had constant issues with them as a subcontractor, no shows, multiple items that needed to be redone several times. Agency we came through had to come in and complete items that they just could not get right. Check reviews before hiring.

We purchased a new HVAC system from B&B in 2017 – they did not install it properly (tankless hot water heater not piped correctly, upstairs unit not blowing hot). It took them 3 weeks to correct the issues and we are still finding more. They were unresponsive to my calls and unprofessional (tracking dirt in my home). Even though we are still under warranty, I do not trust them to attempt any repair work and will not have them in my home again.
