I contacted Gutter Platoon about an estimate for gutter and window cleaning. I spoke with Cory on a Wednesday and told me he would send the estimate over that afternoon. No estimate arrived by Friday so I called again to request it be sent to my email. Still no estimate, I called again on the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Two+ weeks later still no estimate or return phone call. I get they may be busy but it is extremely unprofessional to not follow up with a call, even after I called 4 times and spoke to someone asking for a call back. I was ready to hand them by business but I will never use them for gutter or window cleaning services in future. What's even more disturbing is they were voted best of Chester County. There are too many other business out there who can provide better service. Get your act together guys! I wonder how good the actual service is when they can't even follow through with an estimate.

Great service! Used a Vacuum System to do the gutter cleaning and my property was clean when they left. I would use them again.
