I paid over $3k for sculpting services with the promise of getting my my money back if I didn't lose at least 3 inches by the time my 16 sessions were done. Well, I did everything they asked me to do which was a LOT in my opinion - exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday, cut out lots and lots of foods and alcohol including some fruits which they said have a high sugar content, and take magnesium pills every night to induce a MAJOR bowel movement everday. Despite all this, I did not lose 3 inches (and this is confirmed by the results they emailed to me after each body scan) but Tyler has refused to refund my money. He told me that the owner, Doug, would call me and he never did so now I'm having to handle things via a litigation process. This is a sham to say the least!
