New Owners!...I'm Comin' Back!

What a pleasant surprise! As I have frequented this store before but generally not impressed with overall treatment, price & selection...Just never got the feeling my business was welcomed...until yesterday! Under new ownership, these guys were great! I was treated like a valued customer, inventory selection seemed current, in great condition & fairly priced. Many shops I have been in over the years may have all the cosmetic "bells & whistles but lack ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Based upon my observations among other customers in store, they were fair & wanted to earn their
business with a good experience. I'm definitely comin' back to Chesapeake Pawn Brokers & tellin' everyone I know to stop in for a great pawn shop experience :)
