As far as the apartment grounds and the inside of the apartment I have seen much better and I've seen worse. You realize when you get there that it's not the Ritz. Think of it as camping out until you get a REAL house. What makes me wonder is why the landlord brought the property manager to tears. No wonder she didn't stay long. I sat in the rental office one day a couple years ago and witnessed her break out in tears after getting off of the phone with the woman (susan berkhoff, I think). What a meanie! If she treats her employees that way, imagine how she'll treat YOU! Be WISE and make a choice to find a better place to stay. PEACE OUT!
