Mr. Johnson has spent his career representing clients in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and New Jersey insolvency proceedings.  Prior to founding this firm, Mr. Johnson practiced at a premier boutique bankruptcy firm in northern New Jersey.   He represents clients in voluntary and involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, assignments for the benefit of creditors, reorganizations, restructurings, DIP financing and litigation, including preference and fraudulent conveyance actions and as well as other insolvency-related proceedings in state and federal courts. 

Mr. Johnson has considerable experience as Debtors counsel, handling all aspects of distressed business and individual bankruptcy cases from pre-petition planning through plan of reorganization.
