Very nice facility, extremely clean and new. The staff was wonderful!!! Friendly and pleasant! The doctor was easy to talk to and really cared about patients. It was not a long wait at all, I was in and out of there fast! No appointment needed! Love this place and definitely will go back!

My wife went into Medexpress' new facility here in Cherryhill for a debilitating migraine. After finding out that their website lies and they don't actually perform bloodwork or labs in house as it suggests the doctor mocked her for having come in for a headache. He checked her eyes and had her take a pregnancy test then refused to treat her migraine, prescribed her an antibiotic (for a migraine?) and told her she wasted her time and money. They charged her $109 and told her to go home. Within an hour we were in the ER, hooked up to fluids with three injected medicines being administered. When I called Medexpress they put me through to the doctor who tried misleading me about his prescription and then mocked me for working in IT after receiving training in medicine. When I called back, now even more angry, the staff and the practice manager knew exactly who "the pompous a** of a doctor" was (his reputation is known in the practice apparently). The practice manager apologized continuously and promised to make sure it was resolved. More than three weeks later I am told that because he prescribed something (however unrelated and unwarranted it is) that is constitutes treatment and that they refused to refund our $109. I am now following up with my bank to refute the payment.



Avoid this place if possible, they are not there for patient care but rather the quick buck and their attitudes show it.
