I spent a year and 1/2 growing in my hair. I went in for a trim and was very specific regarding what I wanted. The hair stylist who cut my hair was shaking violently, he kept dropping scissors & brushes on me and he could barely hold my hair up to blow it dry. I told him I wanted to keep the length, he cut at least six inches of the sides and then feathered it. My bangs were also cut much too short. I look absolutely ridiculous! I was afraid to hurt his feelings so I waited til I got home to call the manager. He has yet to return my call. For $65.00 for a cut I expect a higher caliber of stylist and treatment. The waxing went quite well though. Total spent $140.00 plus tips for the WORST haircut I have ever had. I should have gone to SuperCuts, would have worked out better.
