Disappointing professional establishment from the horrible estimate to the junk yard like visual appeal of the place. I could barely fit my car into their alleyway of a parking lot. The place is infested with cats not to mention rude employees. Too many better options in the area.

I went to Balducci's when they used to have the auto shop behind the gas station, next to the staples in Marlton. I liked how quickly they fixed my car and it was at a reasonable price. That was like 10 years ago and then I went recently to their new place in cherry hill for my Honda and what a dissapointment. Just sad what happens when some people make a little bit of money and their ego gets bigger than a blimp. Took them 10 days to fix the car and charge over $200 than the origlnal estimate. Forget trying to call them to get an update on your car because no one takes responsibility. The old man at front desk is the worst. Frankly, there are too many other car repair facilities that deserve your hard earn money than these thieves.

Horrible experience. They treat you like an idiot if you ask questions and charge too much. Plus it took them 3 days to fix something firestone said would be done in 2 hours. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN.

Repair was ok but took weeks. Worst customer service. No one knows anything when you call.Someone was even extremely rude.

I used to go to Balduccis for my car care needs, but I am sorry I cannot recommend them anymore. They have gotten too big for their own good. They kept my car in the garage for 9 days and every day I called - Sal or someone else - would say they would call back and let me know when it would be ready but I never heard back. On the 9th day when I called again .....they tell me its ready and but when I show up for pickup, I find out the work is not completed. They give me an estimate for 400-500 for brake replacement and then stick me with a $616 bill.

Extremely disappointed with their service.

I am in the automotive business and we send all of our import cars and trucks there . They are very fair with pricing, extremely knowledgeable with all brands and fantastic customer service !! The best around !!!

I have been coming here for years at the recommendation of my father (a mechanic for 40+ years). The prices are more than fair, service is friendly. The only downside, if you'd even call it that, is that they are always extremely busy. So, waits can be a bit longer, but they are worth every penny. And every time I've had any sort of immediate need, they've fit me in the same day. -KR

I have been using Balducci's Auto for several years and trust them to manage my entire fleet of vans. Their diagnosis is always correct, they complete the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Thank You to the entire staff at Balducci's for keeping our fleet on the road to better serve our clients.
