It was ok. Not the best but not horrible either. I have been ther now a couple of times because I don't like to base my review on just one visit. I had the veal which was great, my husband had a seafood platter that was plentiful but the king crab legs were not the freshest. The butters at the bread bar were very good , however, they could use fresh baked bread instead of the frozen rolls. The soup does not seem home made at all, must come out of a 5 gallon bucket or can.I can usually do without the soup though. Another visit I had the prime rib which was cooked to the right temp but the quality of the beef is not there. All in all it is a decent place for locals to grab a bite, but maybe not to travel a distance for.

I have been going to The Tavern On Main with my wife for the past few years, and it was our favorite place, Untill the bartender suddenly left.She was the funniest and hardest worker they had. This girl worked her so hard on a Friday night. My wife and I love the food, but it is not the same with out this bartender on a Friday night. If anybody reads this and you know where she went, please post it, so my wife and I can go see her if she is local. So if you go to Tavern On Main,make sure you eat on the restaurant side,because the bar just isn't the same fun place without this bartender.
