This vet helped me say goodbye to my pet and did not rush me and called me a week later to see how is was doing after Mt loss. Thank you all for your kind words they will not be forgotten,

I have taken my dogs to see Dr. Rode for 20 years. She is the best Vet in the area! Her staff is wonderful, and my Malamute actually enjoys her visits at Chelsea Animal Hospital! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rode!

I was desperate after hours to find a vet who would talk to me and tell me what I should do about my 11 year old cat who was really sick. It was after hours, and a Stockbridge resident, I had options that mostly included an hour drive. My husband suggested a call to CAH. I made that call and to my surprise the call didn't go to a canned answering machine like the last 2, but an actual caring human being answered. I explained the circumstances and lo and behold the Doctor was still there and even more amazing, she spoke to me for well over 1/2 an hour. I was not their client, they did not know me. The outcome for our sweet kitty girl was not what we wished for, however, the staff and doctor were so kind and accomodating that I will bring the rest of my brood there from now on. The cost was reasonable but the service was extraordinary! Customer Service A+. Human Relations A+, Compassion and Humility A+. Thanks Dr. Rodi and Jessica especially!

i live 20 miles from this vet. i would drive 100 miles. they are the best of the best. my dogs are part of my family. that is the way they treat them. the pet is first and money is second. good example. we had to put our dog down. we did not get a bill for several months. they did not even try to give us a bill that day. i tell anyone looking for a vet to go to chelsea animal hospital. they are two get vets.
