terrible!!! the so called supervisor gave me such a hard time to return a pair of 7$ pants that I didn't have a receipt for and just wanted to exchange. she told me that it had to be the same exact item I asked to see the policy for that she gave me a bad attitude showed me and ok fine so I asked where are the pants she points to it i go get another pair but different color she says that's not the same item and just continued to argue with me saying it has to be the same exact color also and said she refused to exchange them and was smirking at me like saying "haha" i was so mad i walked out and yes did knock over a few clothes of the counter as i walked out as she was calling me a psycho and was throwing clothes at me out side as i was walking to my car. i was beside myself i cannot believe someone that the say was a manager did that to a costumer i will be sure to let people know not to go to the childrens place in Chelsea ma EVER that girl needs to be fired!
