If you value your money, sanity and vehicle STAY AWAY!! They did nothing for 8 days while my car sat there (unknowingly racking up STORAGE charges) and rental car charges ( they are in bed with Enterprise across the street) until the A1 supposedly final;y contacted my insurance company (which by the way was listed as a preferred shop of MAPFRE / COMMERCE insurance and they ARE NOT ). Then after 8 days my insurance company decides my car is totaled after A1 decided that my initial estimate from my insurance was LOW so he doubled the repair cost. Then he charges the insurance company $2600.00 dollars for "storage" of my car. I drove my car in and should have driven my car FAR AWAY from there. Instead he takes my car apart on Wednesday morning so I couldn't drive it away. Then he either gets the car or the insurance has to pay to get it back SCAM ! I had to fight with my insurance to pay the fee. It was because of them that I went there. I had to pay for rental and tow out of there.

I am sorry to say that we have had to use Craig's services three times in the 8 years we have lived in Chelmsford.

After each accident, Craig has been very attentive and done a beautiful job.

Takes a little longer than I would like, but worth the wait!
