My experience with the customer service at this shop was sub-par, to say the least.I hope, if they see this review, they will take it as constructive criticism and work toward improving the customer's experience.The fact that a local competitor has a seven-year warrant on their engine rebuilds while Barry's only has a one-year warranty should tell you all you need to know about their confidence in their work.
