Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. We had them clean our carpet and tile and it all looks brand new! I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

The workers showed up on time and were courteous. I have no problem with the service itself, the billing has been a nightmare. First they forget to bill our business, then they get the name wrong, then they send us a scan of some crumpled document that's supposed to be an invoice (it had no dollar amount or remit payment to information!). It's been over two months since they performed the service and they STILL haven't corrected our business name.

It's frustrating to have to leap through hoops just to give someone money. We WANT to pay them and they're making it laughably impossible.

Beware - we discovered a $300 iPod missing after they completed the job. Lost some sentimental photos that were on the iPod.

Gave them a tip, too bad as later I found they stole my grandfather's gold pocket watch from it's display. I'll never get over it.

They happily collected payment from our insurance to repair ice damage, but have not completed the job. We have to leave multiple messages before we get any response. They started this repair 10 weeks ago, now nobody is showing up and we still have water coming into the house from the ice damage.
