This Is The Worst Wal-Mart In Chattanooga Tennessee Because It’s In A Very Poor Inner City Neighborhood They Don’t Care About The Customers They Are Rude To The Customers The Store Is Always Dirty And They Almost Never Never Never Keep The Shelves Stocked Because It’s A Mostly Poor Inner City Neighborhood There The General Manager Doesn’t Seem Necessary To Keep This Store Nice Or Make Any Effort At Customer Relations..!!!

This Walmart closes whenever it wants to. How is this the only Walmart that's not 24 hours? Then they will even earlier than they are suppose to.Not to mention majority of the staff from cashiers to supervisors are rude & have very poor customer service. Most of the staff is always "stocking" while customer wait in line 15 mins are longer cause only 3 cash registers are open. Worst experience ever!!!!

It is a big box store. That's why everything is less expensive. They buy it in bulk. As to the phone service, I frequently call this Walmart and have always had positive experiences with their phone customer service. I have called to order chicken, check on the availability of items, and even to see if they could reprint a receipt in the last 2 weeks. Each time, they have promptly answered the phone and assisted me with my request. Great job! It hasn't always been this good, so things are only getting better.

i got transfered like 4 times to the wrong department. then only after i threw a fit did i get a manager on the phone and he was as much help as a hole in the head

can't even get help no one wants to answer the phone and then if they do they transfer you to the wrong department and that department tells you to call back what kind of service is this?

It's a big, big box store...
