Terrible experience. Management is clueless. I went in for a prescription and shampoo. I was in the store maybe 25 mins. I leave the store and my car is missing. That incompetent manager called a towing agency to take my car. The manager said that I wasn't a customer and I showed her my receipt and even the got the pharmacist and cashier to confirm I was a customer! The manager said that I should have responded when they described my car over the store intercom. The manager described it completely wrong! I had a blue Jeep Grand Cherokee. They described it as a black truck! The manager says its not her fault and asks me to leave the store if I'm not a customer! I was stranded in a sketchy area of Chattanooga at night in the rain for an hour and a half waiting for a ride! This manager should be FIRED! They are completely irresponsible with enforcing parking! I've looked online and apparently this Walgreens is notorious for attacking their customers by calling tow trucks. Don't shop here!
