I have always been to Hannah and her staff at The Nail Bar and they provide nothing but the BEST! Everyone is always so friendly , helpful and very professional. They will not let you leave with any service that is not up to their high standards of quality for no matter what you need! Prices are so reasonable , and they are fast yet really take their time to spoil you! I have been to other places and nothing is as wonderful as The Nail Bar! Will forever and always come back!

My friend and I went in to get gel manicures about 3 hours ago, and both manicures look terrible. The polish now has huge bubbles on 8 out of 10 nails. At the end of my manicure, I was unaware that she was finished, but was told by my manicurist that she was done and needed me to leave, because she needed my chair for another lady. Will not be back.

I got a full set here last week and the guy that did it seemed to be in a huge hurry. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes. That is not enough time to put a full set on and make them look nice. As a result, my nails looked awful. They were uneven, not filed down properly, and the paint job was bad. And on top of all of that, it was $40!!!!! The normal price of a full set (done well) is $30. I will never go to this place again.

This place is awesome! Great service, terrific staff. You will love the service. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while they pamper you.

I called ahead to make an appointment, and was told to come in 30 minutes. When I arrived they had given my appointment away to another woman not 2 minutes before. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait, it took 45 minutes. While the woman did my nails she kept laughing at the fact that she had given my appointment away, I did not find it funny. When it was all said and done, my nails looks terrible and unfinished. You could clearly see drill marks(I got acrylic), and the clear nail polish dried bumpy with bubbles in it. When I was getting my credit card to pay I messed up a nail after the woman reassured me my nails were completely dry; she hardly fixed it. I got them done a week ago and they're already coming off my nails towards the cuticle. It was overpriced for the quality and overall experience. It was my first time there and I will not go back to this place.
