The doctors and staff are great. They spent a lot of time with our family explaining our son's condition. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an allergist.

we love the allergy and asthma group!! my daughter had been sick several months when we were referred to Dr. Hollie. he is wonderful! we were seen quickly after being referred, and have been able to get same day appointments with a nurse practioner when she was having issues with her cough. the front office staff have always been helpful and the nurses always call back promptly! every visit is a great experience!

The front line staff are rude, lack customer service skills and cancel appointment made three months ago, when I call to reschedule I am offered a time three months out. Staff attempt to force you to see the NP rather than the MD. In certain cases the MD is needed not an NP with the MD not on site. I transferred to anothe clinic, was seen immediately, needs were met and front line staff were great. This is not a place to go if you need treatment. An asthma attack cannot be scheduled three months in advance....not stars earned. Docs...fire the staff and hire some that care about the patient!!!! forced to give a rating to post,,,,,wish there was a minus sign.
