I went in to have the tire of a stroller repaired. The bike mechanic quickly popped the wheel off without warning while my son was still in the stroller. The stroller flipped to the side and my son face-planted on their floor. He began crying and had a bloody nose. Both people working pretended that nothing happened and continued to work. It was crazy. I asked to use the bathroom so that I could tend to my child's nose and I was pointed to it. I got my son cleaned up and calmed down and came back out. By then the tire was repaired. I started to pay and was stunned that there was still no apology or acknowledgement that anything had happened. I finished paying and then got so ticked off that I glared at the guy with my maternal hate vision. He finally gave me a sheepish apology. Maybe they were just embarrassed that it happened, and weren't sure how to handle it, but really, who acts like that?

They ignored me so hard that it must have been intentional. Luckily, there are plenty of good bicycle shops around here so I won't be going back.
