I've dealt with this company as both an employee and a client. I was disappointed both times.
As an employee - the company is not well-built or maintained. Management lacks any experience in the industry. Jobs are rushed out at the last minute. Workers are placed in jobs that they have no experience or training in, and then reprimanded, bullied or fired when the jobs are done improperly. Management is more concerned with letting everyone know who is in charge, rather than trying to run a successful business. OSHA regulations are ignored almost as much as quality.
As a client - My company was already using SETD when I was hired, so I played along. After repeatedly sending back work for quality issues, I finally convinced our management to find a better supplier. We have had to rebuild most of the assemblies we received, and at our own cost. It's obvious that the few skilled workers that I worked with are no longer there, and the present staff have no idea what they're doing.
I cannot recommend SETD as an employer or as a supplier.
