I would not rate this place with one star. We were promised serveral items with the promotion of getting an overpriced water system. 2 months later and after several attempts to call the company to find out why we haven't received anything we have yet to get a call back. When my husband did speak to us they told him the cookware we were suppose to get, we aren't even getting now. We also have yet to have our follow up done to come out and make sure the system is even working. By far the worse company, customer service, and product so far I would not recommend them to my worse enemy they are so horrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! purchased a "home water purification system" 3 months back and it hasn't worked the whole time. After countless calls to the office and no one calling me back and several missed "service attempts" on there end where they called and rescheduled or just didn't show all together. They finally told me they would have a district manager get in touch with me which still hasn't happened. They also broke a sink during their water test which they still haven't replaced. They have horrible customer service and an even worse product. Save your money and avoid these guys all together.



After waiting for weeks with no answer to get my system fixed the company finally sends out their "general manager" He took some tests and said that the system isnt working correctly and someone would be in touch in a week to come get it fixed. Fastforward 3 weeks later no call or anything. I finally call the office back and leave a message. 5 days later still not response.

Before getting clean water, I could often smell the chlorine from my water, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I haven't noticed the smell of chlorine in my home for several weeks. My hair is far less brittle and damaged than it was previously. We are also saving money by not purchasing bottled water or the refill filters for water pitchers. The most valuable benefit that we have experienced so far, though- is the significant impact that clean water has had on my daughter's eczema. Her skin has been a raging, itching, mess for years. I have blamed soaps, skin care products, baby powder- you name it. It was the water!! In addition to clean water, this company also offers tremendous promotional products, and everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with has been very kind and accommodating. We want to share our experience, and recommend clean water to anyone concerned with the quality of water that is available to you!

My water system was not installed correctly and was leaking under my house, thus raising my water bill unbelievably high. Called office as soon as I realized what was going on, and was told that there would be someone to come out and fix it and a manager would be giving me a call back. After the weekend and nothing being done tried to call again and left several messages with no return call. Not highly recommended!
