Provided by YPmobileKenneth Rannick represented me in a BK in 2011, knowing I was going to move from TN he said there would be no issue with the move. He lied. Less than 3 months after moving, my case was dismissed due to my move. He then waited 7 years and filed for a judgment with false dated paperwork since the statute of limitation is 6 years, and he wasn't owed the amount he filed for since he didn't do what he was hired to do. He only cares about collecting fees, not helping people.
This person's statements are not true. Ms G met with me and hired me. Three days later filed her case on Jan 7, 2011. We prevented her car from being repossessed and stopped her wages from being garnished. Her Chapter 13 Plan was submitted for Approval. The Chapter 13 Trustee reviewed my fee request. Her custom designed Chapter 13 plan was approved, and The Bankruptcy Court approved the amount of my attorney fees on February 25, 2011. The plan provided she was to keep the car that I built into the plan. She had scheduled $58,221.74 of total debt yet I got her plan payment approved for only $25 per week including her car payment, all her bill, and my attorney fee! During the case, in June, Ms G called the office to tell us she was moving out of state and she acknowledged she was to continue making her payments. She called back two months later and she was behind. The trustee wanted her case to be dismissed due to her missing her payments. I personally appeared in court in her behalf in numerous hearings in August, October, November, and December. Eventually she was months behind and her case was dismissed at the December hearing. In the final hearing her case was dismissed. the problem was not her moving, it was her missing her payments into the plan. A Federal Judgment is valid for ten years. She paid my court Ordered attorney fee. For that she blames me. Go figure

Provided by YP.comWhen I finally divorced my ex-husband, he cleared out our bank account, maxed-out our credit cards, and quit paying the house payment, ruining my credit, and leaving me penniless. Ken understood the urgency of my situation, and handled my bankruptcy filing in a compassionate manner. He was as nice to me, and he put a stop the bill collectors who had gotten so rude. He saved me $10k on my car loan, and I got to keep my car, with a very easy payment. His staff is so nice. I recommend Ken Rannick to anyone needing help. There is no need to suffer. Go to Ken before it gets any worse.
