It was honesty horrible. I had waited a full hour for the lady to show up to do my hair , also had to take a break in the the middle of my head saying she was hungry. I literally had to hold my braid on top of my head so they wouldn't pull my hair out. The worst part is the lady would never shut up she kept stopping in the middle of my braid to have a conversation. The outcome was okay but the pain is so not worth it.

I am a college student so I dont pay about my money. I got some havana twist and I TOLD ALL OF THEM I wanted thicker or medium to large twist. She argued with me saying smaller would be better. I dont care what you say, if I pay for $220 bucks my hair I need to get it how I want it. Then I was the only appointment for the day. The lady was late and needed to eat before she got started. The. When she felt like getting started she said I am out of hair, I need to go buy some. So after 2 hours of me being there, she got started. The outcome was ok but it was not what I asked for.

They dnt knw how to care for all kinds of hair. They rush and do ur hair and expect u to pay all that money. Get it together ladies. U don't do quality work. U live and u learn they wont get another dime from me
