Best woodwind techs on the planet. I use them exclusively as I have never had a bad experience with the technicians and staff--I highly recommend Giant Steps for purchase and repair of any musical instrument.

The band instrument repair technician at Giant Steps in Chattanooga did a great job removing the dents and repairing the bell on my son's new silver trumpet. Someone had stepped on it in the middle school band room but now you can't even tell it was damaged.
